THE CITY BAKERY opened in 1990 in Manhattan's Union Square, where many food-conscious New Yorkers gather. Since its first appearance in Osaka in 2013, THE CITY BAKERY has become a favorite for many people throughout Japan. The carefully made bakery's signature "Pretzel Croissant", which is an exact replica of a New York-style Croissant, and unique Breads and Pastries add a lively atmosphere to the bakery.
